Although we had some definite ideas relating to the build the team at Choice Design helped us transform the basic house plans we’d prepared into the home we’re now building. Their suggestions and recommendations ultimately improved the aesthetics of the building.
They also guided us through the sometimes seemingly complex systems associated with consents and other aspects of the building process. Budgetary constraints were kept in mind and we were actively involved in any decision making. Communication problems were never an issue : replies to emails or phone calls were promptly returned.

We work across Christchurch, North Canterbury, Banks Peninsula, and throughout the South Island, designing bespoke residential architecture that responds to site, landscape, and the people who live there.
